1. INTRODUCTION

Radiant Coast Photography ("we," "our," "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share when visiting our online store. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data in connection with our third-party print fulfillment service.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Radiant Coast Photography itself does not collect or store customer addresses, payment details, or transaction history. All print shop purchases are processed by Pixieset, which handles fulfillment, payments, and order details. Similarly, event photography and photoshoot service payments are processed by Stripe, which handles fulfillment, payments, and order details. You may find their privacy notice links at: https://pixieset.com/privacy and https://stripe.com/privacy.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may collect:

  • Basic Contact Information: If you voluntarily reach out via email, social media, or our contact page.
  • Website Analytics: Non-personal data, such as page views and visitor interactions, to improve our site’s performance. We cannot personally identify you with this information.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & DATA HANDLING

Since Pixieset or Stripe facilitate all purchases and fulfillment, their Privacy Policy governs the handling of customer information. Please refer to Pixieset’s Privacy Policy or Stripe's Privacy Policy as listed in Paragraph 2 for details on how they collect, use, and protect your data.

Radiant Coast Photography does not store or have direct access to customer payment details or shipping addresses. We receive only order confirmations for tracking purposes.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze anonymous data regarding the use of the Services. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms page.

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM MINORS

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at contact@radiantcoastphoto.com.

5. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All photographs on Radiant Coast Photography’s website are copyrighted and owned by Radiant Coast Photography. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our images is strictly prohibited.

Radiant Coast Photography monitors unauthorized use of its work and will pursue legal action if copyrighted images are found to be illegally downloaded or used without permission.

6. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

Since purchases are processed through Pixieset or Stripe, customers should refer to Pixieset’s policies or Stripe's policies for managing their personal data. However, you may:

  • Request general information about Radiant Coast Photography’s handling of inquiries or interactions; and
  • Contact us regarding copyright concerns or unauthorized use of Radiant Coast Photography images.

7. RIGHTS SPECIFIC TO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS

General rights. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. Again, please note that as of this time, all personal identifying information, including payment and contact information, is handled through fulfillment and billing providers, Pixieset and Stripe.

Appeals. Under certain U.S. state data protection laws, if we decline to take action regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at contact@radiantcoastphoto.com. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.

California "Shine The Light" Law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us at contact@radiantcoastphoto.com.

8. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored or collected. Currently, there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. Nevertheless, California law requires us to let you know how we respond to DNT signals. Because our website is generated through Pixieset, Pixieset controls whether we can respond to DNT signals. As of the date of publishing this Policy, Pixieset does not allow us to respond to DNT signals and does not respond to such signals. See https://pixieset.com/cookies/ for more information.

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

Radiant Coast Photography reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the latest version.
